Charlotte joined the lab in 2020 as a research assistant quantifying the impacts of the COVID-19 shutdown on NO2 dynamics over New York City using ground-based observations from NASA’s Pandora Network. She earned her B.A from Columbia University where she conducted her thesis evaluating methods for measuring tropospheric ozone fluxes over a northern hardwood forest. Her general research interests include terrestrial and wetland ecology and feedbacks between surface-atmosphere trace-gas exchange, air quality, and climate change.
